Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prismix (“Prismix”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use this website or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

1. Data we collect

Information you provide

• Name, mobile number and email address.
• Your project, configuration and budget preferences.
• Any details you share during calls, messages or site visits.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through server logs.
• Essential cookies used to keep the enquiry form secure (a session cookie that protects against forged submissions).
• If you arrive from an advertisement or a tracked link: the ad click identifier (such as Google’s “gclid”), campaign name and search keyword, stored with your enquiry so we can measure which ads work.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and call you back.
• To share price sheets, floor plans, offers and availability for projects you are interested in.
• To schedule and coordinate site visits with developers.
• To help with home-loan and documentation where you request it.
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse of the Site.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an enquiry, and for legitimate uses permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed:

• Developers of the projects you enquire about, so they can register your interest, arrange visits and process bookings.
• Banks and financial institutions, only if you ask for home-loan assistance.
• Service providers such as hosting, email and telephony providers, who process data on our instructions.
• Google, for advertising measurement as described in the Cookies section below.
• Authorities when required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to enquiry records, and protection of stored files from public access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate data.
• Ask us to erase your data.
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Cookies

The Site uses essential cookies needed for security and form submission. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking: when you reach the Site from a Google ad, Google may set cookies to record that visit, and when you submit an enquiry we tell Google that a conversion happened. To match it, the tag may send your email address and phone number to Google in hashed (scrambled) form; Google uses this only to measure ad performance under its own privacy policy. We keep the details of the ad that brought you (click ID, campaign, keyword) for up to 90 days in your browser and with your enquiry.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Fonts and animation libraries are loaded from Google Fonts and Cloudflare’s CDN, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files.

9. Third-party websites

Links to developer websites, maps or the MahaRERA portal are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
